National Feedlot Corporation (NFC) former director Datuk Seri Dr Mohamad Salleh Ismail told the Sessions Court today that he had verbally agreed to pay businessman Datuk Shamsubahrin Ismail RM2.75 million for a year's worth of advisory and consulting services.
