PERAK, MALAYSIA: Perak PAS secretary, Mohammad Nizar Jamaluddin, has been appointed as Perak Menteri Besar. He is also the state assemblyman for Pasir Panjang.

Perak DAP chief Ngeh Koo Ham will be the first Deputy Menteri Besar. He is the state assemblyman for Setiawan.

The second Deputy Menteri Besar has yet to be named, who is believed to be an Indian. (Sin Chew Daily)
