French Erwann Le Rouzic, captain of Planetsolar catamaran, the first boat around the world with solar energy, walks over the photovoltaic panel during his 581st day of sailing around the world, in the Mediterranean Sea near Corsica. Planetsolar is the biggest solar ship in the world with 537 m2 of photovoltaic panel power six blocks of lithium-ion battery, thus enabling a navigation time unmatched to date.
