SEOUL, Nov 20 (AFP) - A South Korean super model who was at the height of her international fame was found dead at her apartment in Paris, her agency said Friday.

The dead body of Daul Kim was recovered at her apartment in Paris, her modeling agency in South Korea, Esteem, said in a press statement.

"We express deep condolences to Daul Kim’s family," it said, asking everyone to respect her family’s privacy at this time of mourning.

The cause of the 20-year-old model's death has not been determined, the agency said. Media reports said she had apparently committed suicide.

She debuted on the runway for Chanel, Dries Van Noten, and Maison Martin Margiela in 2007 and recently appeared in a commercial for Christopher Kane’s Topshop line.

She was also a painter and a popular blogger.
