SEPANG: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak today (14 July) left for Egypt to attend the 15th summit of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) in the Red Sea resort city of Sharm El-Sheikh.
Najib, who was accompanied by his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, flew off in an official aircraft at 10.20 a.m.
The Malaysian delegation to the summit also includes Foreign Minister Datuk Anifah Aman and Women, Family and Community Development Minister Senator Datuk Seri Shahrizat Abdul Jalil.
The summit, to be held at the Maritime Congress Centre tomorrow and on Thursday, will be officially opened by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. (Bernama)
