ARK RESOURCES reported that 100%-owned - ARK CONSTRUCTION sb had been served a claims writ by APG GEO-SYSTEMS sb for a sum of RM1.62m in connection with the "Electrified Double Track Project" between Rawang and Ipoh.

ARK said that the amount due to the plaintiff under the sub-contract was not paid as there is a dispute in the amount claimed and a breach of contract.ARK's unit will defend the case.(By KLSETRACKER.com)
