BANENG HOLDINGS reported Jul 21, 2008 that the Company had entered into Agreement to dispose to CHER HOW MING - 2% of the PUC (160,000 shares of RM1.00 par) in BANENG INDUSTRIES sb for RM650 cash.

On completion of the disposal, BANENG HOLDINGS will own 49% of the unit. BANENG which is involved in the manufacture, knitting, dyeing of fabrics recorded Net Assets of RM48.2m and LBT of RM11.02m for FYE Dec 31, 2008.(By KLSETRACKER.com)
