KPJ HEALTHCARE reported that its indirectly owned PUTERI NURSING COLLEGE sb had on Jun 4, 2008 entered into an Agreement to acquire from I & P PERMODALAN HARTA sb 4 plots of land in Seremban measuring a total of 22.91 acres for a consideration of RM26.0m. On the land are a 5-storey students' hostel, a two-storey campus administration block and academic centre.
The property was valued at RM29.0m in Jan 2007 by MSSRS CH WILLIAMS TALHAR AND WONG sb using the Comparison Method of valuation. The acquisition is to accomodate future expansion of the Group.(By KLSETRACKER.com)
